We Cant Afford 21st Century Educators

In a recent post, I wondered how an association with the word 'education' in its title quantified a 21st century education in both expected outcomes and costs. Today, I received an answer:

The Colorado Education Association, unable to come up with their own description, sent the above tripe produced by the Colorado Department of Education. No numbers were provided, but representative Mike Wetzel (?) did reiterate that cutting funding could not possibly be a good thing. Here's his entire e-mail so you know I'm not making this up:
