No More Government Sponsored Sexual Assaults In Texas!

You've just gotta love Texas:

"The Texas House passed a bill that would make it a criminal offense for public servants to inappropriately touch travelers during airport security pat-downs.

Approved late Thursday night, the measure makes it illegal for anyone conducting searches to touch “the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person” including through clothing.
It also prohibits searches “that would be offensive to a reasonable person.”

Now let's see if their senate and governor follow through for the people of Texas, and other states take up the ball and pass a law that essentially highlights a little provision in the Constitution referred to as the Fourth Amendment.
The oxy-moronically named PATRIOT Act, along with the TSA, are in direct violation to the U.S. Constitution. Starting with Congress and President Bush in 2001, every one of the bastards who voted to approve such a blatantly unconstitutional measure will eventually be prosecuted for treason and thrown in prison.

And if you think the PATRIOT Act and the TSA are there for your safety, you should immediately declare yourself mentally incompetent and flagellate yourself.

  • flagellation - whipping: beating with a whip or strap or rope as a form of punishment

  1. It is ridiculous when the borders are wide open and thousands of people cross illegally with ease everyday, yet the TSA has to stick their hands down your 1 year old's diaper to check for poop bombs before they run them through the microwave (x-ray machine). Papers please, oh I'm going to have to molest I mean grope I mean search your 16 y/o daughter for ..err..stuff. It's to stop alCIAda.

This is why I don't fly anymore, soon I probably wont even be able to drive without being subjected to the same.

  2. @Anonymous... refusing the fly is a good first step. If every person refused to fly--until the TSA was disbanded--we could shut them down. Even if just a fraction of travelers made this choice, it would stop them.

Obama is trying to track and tax your vehicle, but that initiative is dead on arrival as far as I'm concerned.
