Wow! Tonight, the water was much higher than it was this afternoon. In a conversation with a Fraser town official, I was told that the water peaks between 9 and 10 pm at night, so these shots demonstrate how the water looks at it highest for today.
We're at 150 percent of normal snowpack, so my bet is that Safeway will be be well acquainted with the waters of the Fraser River once the runoff has finished.
